About roof repairs
Can you find a leak that only shows in heavy rain?
Yes. Most leaks show at a join or penetration — a chimney, skylight, vent or where the roof meets a wall. We trace the water path back from the stain inside to the failed detail outside, rather than just patching where it drips.
Is it worth repairing an old roof?
Sometimes. If the damage is isolated on an otherwise sound roof, a repair makes sense. If it's widely rusted or leaking in several spots, we'll tell you straight that you're throwing good money after bad.
