A new roof over the same four walls.

Re-Roofing

A re-roof strips the old roofing back, lets us check and fix the timber and underlay beneath, and finishes with a new long-run colour steel roof. It's the cost-effective way to get decades more life out of a sound house.

Questions

About re-roofing

How long does a re-roof take?

A standard home is usually a few days, weather permitting. We stage the work so your house is never left open to the rain overnight.

Do I need a building consent?

A like-for-like re-roof is often exempt under Schedule 1, but it depends on the details. If we're changing the structure or material weight, a consent is usually needed — we check before we start.
